We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to expand our international client base, particularly in the exhibitions and events industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, international client acquisition, and the ability to understand and pitch creative booth design concepts.
Identify, pursue, and close new international business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing heads, procurement teams, and event managers.
Present customized exhibition booth solutions aligned with client objectives.
Collaborate with internal design and project management teams to develop winning proposals.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential markets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
Leverage industry network to penetrate new markets and drive business growth.
Track client feedback and market movements to refine sales strategy.
Ensure consistent client engagement through follow-ups, reviews, and after-sales support.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven B2B business development experience, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.
Strong understanding of exhibition booth design, fabrication, and installation processes.
Proven ability to handle and close international clients and projects.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working both independently and within a team.
Willingness to travel internationally if required.
