Human Resource Manager -Retail / Departmental / Jewelry Industry


We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for our operations in Jaipur, with a strong background in the retail, departmental, or jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of expertise in payroll management, manpower planning, HRMS, and salary processing, along with a deep understanding of the manpower dynamics unique to high-end retail and showroom environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end payroll management including salary processing, attendance, and compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).

  • Strategically plan and execute recruitment drives based on seasonal demand and showroom staffing requirements.

  • Analyze and forecast manpower requirements across stores and departments to ensure optimal staffing levels.

  • Maintain and administer HRMS platforms for employee lifecycle data management.

  • Ensure statutory compliance and regularly update HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational changes.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost retention and performance.

  • Supervise joining formalities, induction processes, and training programs for new hires.

  • Address employee grievances effectively and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Prepare HR reports, performance metrics, and support management in decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the retail or jewelry sector, preferably in showroom or departmental store setups.

  • Proficient in HRMS software, MS Excel, and payroll systems.

  • Deep understanding of retail workforce dynamics, shift management, and showroom staffing.

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Familiar with labor laws applicable in Rajasthan and retail environments.
